Seasonal Specialties 

Maine Seasonal and Special Order Shellfish—The following can be special ordered from us or are Seasonally available:

• Dayboat Scallops—The sweetest in the World sold to us in the pm and in your cooler in the am. Usually available from December to March
• Gulf of Maine Shrimp---A unique seasonal specialty. Usually available in the spring
• Razor Clams—A Chef’s specialty, these clams are generally harvested during the big tides.
• Whelks—The North Atlantic name and variety for the Conch, these mollusks are used to make the famous Italian delicacy “Scungilli”
• Periwinkles—another up and coming Chef’s favorite
